How To Feel Happier Without Chasing Happiness

One of the questions I get asked a lot is “How can I be happy?”

I’ve seen many people put a lot of their focus on chasing this one feeling of happiness, and actually find themselves becoming very miserable in the process.

So how can we successfully bring more happiness into our lives without losing ourselves in the hunt?

Here’s what I’ve learned about happiness from my 25 years as a psychotherapist, as well as in my own personal experience.
